最近のbass boatの釣りで、ベイトキャスティングに目覚め始めた我が娘こつまみ。
My daughter, Kotsumami begins to enjoy casting with bait casting tackles on my boat.
家の中で、竿にルアーの重みを乗せて飛ばすのを、エアーで練習してるのを何度か目撃してました。
I looked that she practiced casting as air cast in our house.
ちょうどスタッフとしても参加した方が良いかも、と、JLBAの富士見池バトルに娘をエントリーさせてみました。
So I try her to participate in the Bass fishing tournament presented by Japan Ladies Bass Association at Fujimi pond.
我はまぁ、キャディーさんのごとくです。
Then I'm just like a caddy.
天気予報は大雨の予定だったので、かなり不安でしたが、蓋を開けてみれば小雨時々曇りといった天気でした。
Weather forecast was bad as heavy rain, but the day kept a little rain or cloudy.
6時から受付を開始して、スタート順のくじ引き。
ゲストプロの挨拶や、ルールの説明を受け、7時から試合開始です！
The registration of the tournament was began at 6AM, and participants are got their launch raw.
After that, they listened tournament rules, gratitude of guest pros and starting tournament at 7AM.
因みに、ルールは基本、富士見池ルールに準じ、時間は12時まで。
3匹の総ウェイトで競技は競われますが、ウェイインできるのは4回。つまり、入れ替えは1度のみ、ということになります。
The rule was basically accorded to the pond rule, the tournament time was by 12:0
0, and competed by all three fish's weight but they can weigh-in only four times.
That means culling can do one time.
2日前に放流が入ったとのことで、朝イチに期待しましたが、それほど釣れない感じ。
As a right information, fish are released two days ago. So we expect for good fishing conditions but it looks not so worked.
こつまみは、まずはスピナーベイトを投げましたが、反応がないため、ネコリグにチェンジ。
Firstly, my daughter throws spinner bait.
But no happens changed her mind to use Neko-rig from the spinner bait.
まだ慣れないワーミング。
ボトムをキープするのが難しいため、以前にバスを釣ったことがあるフリッピングにシフト。
She is not used to warming, it's hard to keep bottom. So she change the method to Flipping which she has experienced catching bass.
アバランチのノーシンカーをポケットに落としていきます。
She flipped the bait, Abaranch, to pockets of Leeds.

ロッドは、スピニング。
手の小さい子供には、ベイトロッドの硬い竿は扱えないのです。
Rod is spinning rod.
Child has smaller hands and is difficult to keep using with stiff bait casting staffs.
我は次にこつまみが使うであろうドロップショットリグを作っていると、何やらこつまみが騒がしい。
When I was readying for next rig that she will use, she began to laud!
つ、釣ってたー（笑）
Oh! She got it!!
意気揚々と、ウェイインに向かいます。
Walk a way to weight-in !!
600g!
まぁ、アベレージサイズですね。
That's average size.
そこで気がのってきたのか、一所に留まらず、歩きながら新しいポケットにフリップを続けます。
The happen triggers her excited.
She approached to new spot and new spots with active walking.
使ったのはファットイカ、その後、ドライブスティック3.5（マーボーさん提供）の逆付け。
She used a fat Ika and a Do-live stick.
池を半周した辺りで、バイトが有りましたが、痛恨のフックオフ(>_<)
After walked around for a half of pond, she got a bite but missed orz...
まだ居るかなぁ？
と攻め続けると、バイト！
Do the Fish still stay here?
And got a bite again!!
740g!
いい感じですよー！と検量スタッフから声をかけられ、本人もニンマリ。
It's so nice!! Said by officers made her face smile.
後1匹でリミットメイクだから、先ずは揃えてから、大物を狙おう！と声をかけます。
One more fish and you make a limit!
After that try to get sucker for culling!
すると、本人、大きいのが釣りたい！とフリッピングをやめて、スピナーベイトやクランクベイト、ポッパー等の巻物を始めます。
But she stated want to get bigger one now.
Thus she stop flipping and do reeling method with spinner bait, crank bait or poppers by using baitcaster.
そのキャスティングを観てた盛プロから、
キャスト上手い！
と褒められ、またニンマリ。
Guest pro, Sakarin made her happy with saying you're good bait caster!
しかし、中々釣れてくれません。
Spending a time with no bite.
痺れを切らしたこつまみは、今まで投げてなかったドロップショットを投げます。
Then she changed the method to drop shorting that never used at the day.
すると！
足元でバイト！
She got a bite immediately!
640g!
これで揃いましたので、最後の入れ替えに臨みます。
So she can make limit, try to cull!
本人はポッパー（SKポップ）で釣りたかったようで、頑張って竿をジャークしてましたが、
クランクベイトの振動が心地よかったみたいで、クランクベイト（BLITZ）にシフト。
She said wanna get bigger with popper( Jackal SK pop), but exhausted jerking.
So she shifted to crank bait ( OSP Blitz).
風太郎さんに少しキャスティングフォームのチェックをしてもらっていると。。。
While she was checked her casting form by excellent MC, Kaze-Taro...
んズガーン！
キターーーー！！
N-zugaaaaaarn!!
Geeet!!!
っといっても、入れ替えには微妙なサイズ。
But the size looked not so good for cull.
どうする？最後になるけど、検量する？
と聞いた所、する！とのことで。
You have to make decision whether going to final weight-in or seeking another bigger one.
Try to weight-in! She answered.
結果は640gで、40gの入れ替えに成功！
合計2020g。
As a result, the fish was 640g and she was able to cull up for 40g.
She gained 2020g.
こうして、こつまみの初トーナメントは幕を下ろしました。
As described above, her first tournament has done.
まぁ、入賞はいかないだろ〜、
と思っていたのですが。。。
I thought her gain can't reach top three rank but...
なんと！三位入賞してました！
マジか！！！
Seriously!?
She slide into 3rd place! Wow!!
あんまり喜びを表に出してませんでしたが、この日はその後、ずーーーっと、貰った盾を観てはニヤニヤを繰り返してました。
She looked hiding her happiness but she observed the award so many times in the day.
大人の参加者に混じって、よく出来ました！

おしょうです。
先週末、W.B.S.プロトーナメント第2戦が開催され、無事（？）終了しました。
今回は、個人的にカメラを持ち込んで、こそこそと写真を撮らせていただきましたので・・・
